Staying on the diet

Everyone has stress habits that they repeat. One must recognize the cause and everyday take some steps away from the things that stress us out, until our lives are better places to live. When something begins to stress you out, think, This goes off of my "stress free diet", and try to not let anything ruin your good time here on earth. Think of what you could start to do in order to not have the source of stress in your life in the first place.

At all points in life, we have parallel times that we could be living, and our decisions have decided only one of our possible futures. We can be having a good time, or writhing in pain, and a lot of it is up to us.
