Simple tasks made impossible

There's something about computers... a five minute task can take hours depending on what distracts you. Every day when I turn on my
email, I don't know what is waiting for me, just lurking there to eat up two hours at the beginning of my busy day. I deal with a
lot of crazy customers during my day, and it's amazing what trouble they can always come up with. Nutty problems like: "I didn't
open my package for 16 months and now some of the supplements have expired, can I have a refund?" - Things like that. People change
their mind after purchasing for any reason, and every charge back we've ever dealt with is people that plain forget they made a
charge. They don't recognize the charge, and just charge back until we email them or phone 'em up, and they always go, "oh yeah - I
remember, you shipped so fast too, I'll cancel the charge back." Dealing with folk every day has it's good side too, as once in a
while someone will write just to thank us for the great service. So it's not all bad.
